Ted was patient and kind. He is very knowledgeable and impressed me very much. So much I referred him to my niece who has already purchased a house and used Ted as her associate. Purchasing a home for 1700 miles away with no ability to come tour them in person is a difficult thing to do. Ted was wonderful using face-time to walk us through each of the properties we were interested in. Our situation required us to move fast through selection and inspection. Ted stayed on top of everything and did all the work of getting those things arranged for us as w were still packing up our belongings in Oregon. Despite not being his only client, he was always available when we needed him. Greatly appreciate him above and beyond.

Ted made himself available to talk and explain the homebuyer process. Ted has also checked up since the closing, asking how the house has been.
